Upcoming Special Project for Voiceover Narration

This July, AudioMazes proudly launches our latest interactive, fully immersive audiobook adventure, Boots, Barrels & Bad Decisions: The Untold Tales of Pistol Pete & McDaniel — a spirited journey through legend and lore, blending historical fiction with true Oklahoma grit. Set against the backdrop of the Prohibition-era American Midwest, the story reimagines the larger-than-life escapades of real historical figures: Frank “Pistol Pete” Eaton and Johnson McDaniel, a notorious Arkansas bootlegger.


This historical fiction project provides 100% of its proceeds to the Frank, “Pistol Pete,” Eaton Legacy Foundation which will fund scholarships to OSU.


Join us as we team up with Hochatown Distilling Company and Tommy, “Blue” McDaniel, OSU Music Department, OSU Library, The Frank, “PistolPete,” Eaton Legacy Foundation and the OSU Foundation to create a once in a lifetime, unique and untold tale of Frank Eaton and Johnson McDaniel in this audiobook production of Frank Eaton and his wild life adventures!

Well Frank, I had to make another visit to Johnson here, and despite his credentials, I cannot for the life of me understand why my stirrups tore.


Sometime this week. He may come, he may not. But a promise is a promise, and from what I hear around the county, he’s a man of promise.


Johnson McDaniel! It's good that you have arrived here with fair weather and fairer company in tow. Why don’t you and the miss walk with me on up to the barn
