AudioMazes – Account & Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like to delete your AudioMazes account and associated data, please follow the instructions below. This process applies to all AudioMazes users, including anonymous sign-in, email/password accounts, and Google Sign-In.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and all stored data, please contact our support team:

 Email: techsupport@audiomazes.com
Subject line: Account Deletion Request

Please include:

• The email address associated with your AudioMazes account

• Or your Firebase User ID (if available)

• A statement confirming that you want your account deleted

Our support team will verify the request and complete deletion within 7 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be removed from our systems:

• AudioMazes account (Firebase Authentication)

• Email address (if provided)

• Display name or profile data (if provided)

• Listening progress and library entries

• Achievements and in-app history

• Any stored preferences

• Any other personal information associated with your UID

What Data May Be Retained

Some non-personal, aggregated, or anonymous data may be retained for:

• Security

• Fraud prevention

• Legal compliance

• Internal performance metrics

This data cannot be used to identify any user.

How Long Deletion Takes

Account deletion is normally completed within 7 business days after we receive your request.
Once deleted, your account and data cannot be restored.
